Israel Keyes was shown to be in "West US" from 4/24/10 - 4/30/10. If it was a stranger he might be someone to look into.

According to the timeline Keyes left California before Coursey went missing.

I'm thinking about filing a FOIA request. That way we can hopefully see what other files they have on this case.

Keyes loved to steal vehicles. It's possible at some point he may have obtained another vehicle which did not belong to him.

I was wondering the same thing in regards to them being suspicious about a private citizen researching a serial killer. But screw it, I'm going to file a FOIA tonight, I really hope they don't give me a hard time but based on my limited knowledge of FOIA they're really not even allowed to ask...
