Kinner was last seen in the 700 block of Fremont Street in Washington, Missouri on March 3, 2004. He had left his mother's residence on foot around 11:00 pm after telling her he was going to go jump into the (Missouri) river. He called his wife and told her the same thing. Kinner left behind all his personal belongings and has never been heard from again. Few details are available in his case.
