A blue-eyed 58-59 year old OK man named "Mike Howard" recently came forward and believes that he may have been abducted as a child from CA. Todd Collett would have been 58 this year and is one of only a few CA children to fit the timeline.

I think the other two little boys could have witnessed EXACTLY what happened to Todd, but they were simply too young to understand or remember the events...but...
Who the hell, regardless of the decade, lets a 3-year-old wander around unsupervised?
he goes back to the 1960's and see many mothers do this...

In other countries that are not yet as socially ruined as the United States, this still happens.
We should try to imagine a time in the 'land of the free' when you were actually quite free instead of relying on the paranoid "there's a 'pedophile everywhere'" that you unfortunates live in now...
again the negligence of unsuspecting parents in the 'land of the free'...
