The first 19 years of my life I lived in a small town approximately 35 miles south of Pittsburgh, Pa.
Called Little Washington, so that it wasn't confused with our nation's capital, as if it could, the city was founded in 1774.
With a population of nearly 23,000, it was a small city with a big attitude. Washington was a town operated and loved by blue collar workers in the areas of mining, industry and manufacturing.

This is not to supersede, circumvent, or hijack the animated discussions about those two (Ron & Misty) getting popped. I just wanted to make some general bail bond comments. Some of the comments are pure conjecture about the bail process, so I am volunteering to clear it up.
