They were both in the hearing when CH refused to read the e-mail, and GS refused to reveal the name.

Chris did NOT refuse to read the email, please don't spread false comments like this.
He asked for the beginning of the email exchange, he did read the email after that and we all sat here and watched him, with silence in the courtroom.

Not trying to be difficult... What testimony from this morning? Did I miss something or do you mean from the hearing?

His testimony from the hearing this morning. Nurmi sent the fake letters to Sky and said they were 100% true and authenticated.

Dr. Drew playing clip of Abe testifying about Dr. Drew .... narcissist much Doc?

He read the e-mail after being belligerent, yes. It took the DA telling him several times to read the e-mail before he complied and stopped asking for the rest of it and refusing to read it.

Just like GS most likely complied during the closed session, as we didn't see him being escorted out in cuffs.

Likely Gus did comply when push came to shove. The difference is Gus was ordered directly to do something by he judge and still refused ...initially. Haven't gotten to the part where Chris asks for the emails yet, but as I have read the comments, I don't see where Chris refused to do something the judge ordered him to do.

I posted this on the previous thread but did anyone notice the inmate say that Jodi told her in the medical wing that she chopped up Travis and deposited the items all over the county? :what:

1hr 21 mins in for the jail tour.

nor should have he.

He was reviewing the email before he wanted his response on the record.. most likely the man thought it was being taken out of context.

There was also a good reason why this was not televised.

Gus was an entirely different situation.

At one point in front of the jury he told the PA to "continue"

really?

I agree with the PA: he is the one asking the questions: so answer them.

OT for those who followed the Mickey Shunick case: Dateline NBC tonight a 9pm CST

He refused in the same degree CH did. He never flat-out said he wasn't going to. He just asked what would happen if he refused, and he asked if he could plead the fifth. They then closed down the court.

I haven't rewatched it yet, will try to later. But I have to agree with you on this one moocow, CH was asking questions (like Gus was), repeatedly, about where the rest of the email was, etc. Nurmi actually even pointed out that it wasn't there or wasn't part of what he was asking him to read BECAUSE the prosecution didn't want it in there. He made some sort of comment about they (prosecution) didn't want it, thats why we approached, now he wants it.

First I'd like to say....HOLY CRAP, you people are never going to let me catch up to you!

Soooo, sorry to just butt in on whatever you're currently discussing but I'm only on thread 12 around page 60 and had a light bulb go off in my head. Where I'm reading you guys are discussing the veerrry red penis and I don't know if anyone has thought of this between then and now, and I haven't pulled up the picture again to look carefully to see if it's possible but....don't they make condoms in all sorts of colors? Could it be a red condom he has on?

Ahhhhhhh, how do I say this: no. There was a link somewhere to some VERY GRAPHIC pics of TA naked and all WIDE OPEN ends of JA. Believe me, I'd take back looking if I could!!!

Regarding the Gas cans, I think she used them to refuel into and out of Mesa so she wouldn't leave a trail on video or paper.

No, he was being given time to review it. The DA was asking him to read it, not answer any questions. He was refusing to even read the e-mails at first, demanding the previous ones.

m00cow, (with *all* due respect) since you like the quote feature and rebutting ideas, its only fair I ask you: What do YOU think happened on June. 4th 2008? Just curious. :)

I am sorry if anyone got slammed in the door.

I have many broken bones over the years! Shall I put my broken finger against Jodi's.... perhaps that is where she got hers, or perhaps with the astroglide....no dislocated shoulder but.....

I just don't get the problem of CH wanting to see the email TA sent him so he could read what he sent to Travis and have it in context. This was years ago!

I just listened to this part of Chris' testimony. He was not at all belligerent, nor did he refuse to read the email IMO
