I thought it was delivered to the p.o. Box not her home?

Also in the mug shot his eyes look very blue but in the other pictures I've seen they just look dark.

What if text messages. (Or iMessages rather) are sent over wifi? That wouldn't be able to be retrieved would it?

Was it ever stated what time her mom came home? I thought it was all speculation based on her job type?

    Brad Cooper: Appeal info

I, not knowing how the system really works for appeals, am impressed with how quickly things have progressed since the court put out the transcripts.

Someone may correct me if I'm wrong, but I think the parks are generally closed after a certain time, and there may or may not be a gate that would keep you out? But digging, at least for any significant amount, would be incredibly difficult. Caliche is present, and that's just incredibly...

We moved from the east side to Midvale when I was in high school. The moving company, local, my mom hired actually said "you're moving there? Why?" on the day of the move! I loved it though, and aside from a few years during college I lived there until we moved across the country. Some areas...

I remember in high school a friend of mine gave me a very stern talking to about driving through South Tucson, I was to never go there alone or get out of my car. I always found it sort of silly because I never felt unsafe there. But then I lived near a not so desirable part of town and didn't...

Yeah, I think they're involved with the LE somehow. On my kindle the picture was so small I couldn't really identify the types of the cars surrounding them, on the computer it's quite clear the others are LE, so I would, now, assume they all belong together.

The campers are confusing me. I haven't lived in Tucson for awhile, but I had to drive Golf Links to see my dad, and I took him shopping on the base frequently, so I drove that way quite a bit. I was reading both Golf Links/Swan and Golf Links/Alvernon so the section between is all desert, with...

I'm guessing he would have had to record it because it started before 7 and was a blow out, Braves won 9-1 I believe. These numbers are over inflated. While this made HUGE news that Phoenix was the kidnapping capital the news of it being false did not...

Yeah, the mom ended up with an old navy flag shirt (right?) and blue shorts, the dad said pink tank top and blue shorts. But I think those shirts came in a variety of colors and styles, so they both could be right? I think SC called first, and later on in the call when asking about the older...

Okay, so it was just two calls not three? That makes more sense, if the 14 year old is out and about asking others, then an adult would want to call. Okay. Thanks!

Just curious. Why were there multiple 911 calls? The dad called first, then a neighbor (I guess - but he didn't know the address and the older son had to drive back to the house?) called, and then the mom called as well? Or was the mom on the son's cell (? I'm assuming it was a cell phone)?

I think it's just from that specific way you found it, I don't think much is given for anyone on that site but if you go to the courts pages themselves you can find more information. I googled Tucson Municipal Court and the first one up gave me a searchable "Quick Defendant Public Search" the...
