I met Brandons mother a couple of days ago in a Dollar Store. She gave me a flyer and told me his story. She did say in the 2 years of being on probation he was drug free. But an area he had been in (Grant, Fellsmere) are known for drug activity. Super nice lady but very realistic.

So far no word on Susy's location. Amazing she just disappeared. A grid search yesterday turned up nothing.

Female body found in the vicinity last seen. No confirmation yet. Found by neighbor who noticed a foul odor coming from the woods.

What is the effect of weed calming or aggression? Is driving while under the influence of weed considered DUI in Minnesota? Is a gun whether permitted or not safe in the hands of someone deemed under the influence in Minnesota?

That discussion would have to be with Law Enforcement Agencies since that is their procedure.

Any government official that comments on this incidents before knowing the facts should be removed from their responsibilities.

Does Minnesota school districts require drug testing for its employees?

When a tag number is pulled up on a computer does the license of the owner come up along with the permit to carry license information? if it doesn't it might be a good idea.
