I think the motive is thrill/homicidal ideation and he's young. I don't think he left any DNA or footprints. I think the car is a red herring because he came on foot. He may brag about the murders to his friends which will lead to his downfall. JMO.

Good catch! He sounds like a good suspect for the Dermond murders. I hope there is some follow-up on him since GBI is now in charge. I am curious if he will fight extradition back to Georgia.

If I remember correctly, it was Sheriff Sills who came out with the information about the lamp on the show. I was surprised he gave up that information.
