I live in Winnipeg and have been following Chase's story. It is so bizarre that he disappeared in such an open area. Perhaps his Mom is underestimating or misremembering the amount of time from when she saw him till when she noticed he was gone.

No judgement here. I agree that he was probably self medicating. I believe some of the early stories mentioned he was dealing with depression as well. I feel for his parents, and especially his team mates. Those boys would have been extremely close. Sad situation.

I don't know either. I don't have insurance so I pay out of pocket for prescriptions. I still have to show my health card every time. The other day I filled a prescription at a different pharmacy than usual, and I asked if I could take it with another med. they had access to my prescription...

The parents might be employed, but both the Ebron boys are in jail for 20+ years (and we don't even know what RE is going to get for the Baker Co charges) and the delusion is strong in the mother. I feel for the dad, but something ain't right.

I don't know if I believe RE's story. I certainly don't believe his newfound sincerity. I hope Baker County gives him a really long sentence. Not much else to say except: lookin good Lonna. Lol :eek:
It isn't insanity, it is 'not criminally responsible' (NCR) and yes, the defense lawyer(s) would have had to bring it up. I missed the judge's statements to the jury: was it mentioned at all? From what I can tell, DM isn't like textbook crazy, he's just a sick @#%&.
