    Golf club or flashlight or....?

Thanks, txsvicki. Does anyone know - are parts of the autopsy report still not available to the public?

OpenMind4U - Thank you so much for the definitive answer! :)

    Golf club or flashlight or....?

txsvicki, thanks so much! But Dr. Meyer said it was inflamed and had been bleeding - is that different from "inflammatory infiltrate"? (Sorry for the dumb medical questions - obviously I'm not a medical type.)

    Three critical questions

Okay, thanks UKGuy :) I've read Kolar's book but will admit to skimming certain sections that went into Smit's nonsense or otherwise drifted away from the real facts and evidence. So I was afraid I'd missed it and have been searching for it. I know it's in the interview transcript from the...

    Golf club or flashlight or....?

Thanks, UKGuy :) Do you happen to know... does that mean a few seconds of elapsed time, or a few minutes, or longer? Is there a way to know the range of time that would've been possible between the vaginal injury and time of death? Can someone say, for example, the injury could've happened...

    Three critical questions

Hi UKGuy - I have been looking for this quote and can't find it. Did I miss it in Kolar's book? If you can find it, that would be awesome.

Hi rashomon and OpenMind4U :) I'm trying to understand the timing of this injury as well. How recent is "recent" and how near is "near" time of death? I just posted the following post over on FFJ: So I'm trying to figure out how close to JBR's time of death the acute vaginal injury was...

Knowing all you know today about this case who do you think really killed JonBenet?

Two stagers: Patsy - latex or hair-coloring gloves. John - brown cotton gloves. Since Patsy tied the cord IMO, her gloves worked for that. John's gloves worked for other staging purposes. IMO

I can't find a hole in this theory...

    I agree.

I can't find a hole in this theory...

Exactly. I agree with this. I think it's why JR disappeared for a long time that morning, desperately looking for a way to complete their "work in progress."

I can't find a hole in this theory...

I agree, ozazure and rashomon. IMO the stagers had to provide an explanation for why JBR would be found dead. The death threats + calling the police = dead kidnap victim. Then Patsy denied having read the whole note, so she could claim ignorance of the "threats." ETA: I do think the...

James Kolar's New Book Will Blow the Lid off the JonBenet Ramsey Investigation

Midwest Mama, you took the thought right out of my head! I agree with your assessment. The children of narcissists are extensions of them. Therefore, covering for the child is the same as covering for themselves. IMO

Knowing all you know today about this case who do you think really killed JonBenet?

I wonder, could the medical experts tell how close to death the acute vaginal injury happened based on the appearance or description of the wound?

"Oops! You're not dead yet" comment

If I recall correctly, the "Guess Who" game has nothing to do with killing off characters, so the "not dead yet" comment makes no sense in the context of the game.

What do Burke's interviews tell us?

Also, I found the observation immediately following the above quote very interesting: "Again, I thought that this body language seemed to suggest anxiety and distress. I had initially thought that he might have been withdrawing unconsciously into a position of fetal protection, but later...
