Not Guilty. The instructions to the jury stated that, for a Guilty vote, one needed to be "entirely convinced" that the defendant did the crime. I am not. And since our system presumes innocence until proven guilty, I voted BC is innocent.

I haven't read through the whole thread, so forgive me if this has already been said. IMO, it would have been noted in the autopsy if Nancy had acrylic nails. It was noted that she had blood under her nails.

I don't understand why Brad buying green juice after the girls were gone is significant. Even the State's witnesses testified that one of the children drank green juice. My son drinks chocolate milk, and so does my husband. If my son comes home for the weekend and we don't have any chocolate...

I agree 100%. Did the jury ask to see the photo of the scratches/rubs on Brad's neck? Oh, wait....nevermind. ;)

My guess is that CF will be there to testify today because 1) this testimony is important to the State's case and/or 2) he was available today all along.
