just gotta check in here on that one. I know you are right but "wily lawyers bent on" .....either conviction or acquittal ...."at all costs" ...is so sad to read and to think about all that means and how it affects the entire "justice" system and impacts people's lives....:sigh...
I honestly do not know what to think of the who or why of this case but there are so many here who make so many good observations and have interesting ideas AND information. Thanks.
The quote above, among many others, keeps reminding me of one of the best (IMO) true crime books "Evidence of...
Not to me either but I keep "seeing" this person as checking out the building to make sure there is no one else in there before Missy arrives and dressed like he/ she is could make an excuse for being there but not be recognized.., As to the "Dutch doors"........ ...to me that was like opening...
I don't know why courts and lawyers do what they do in various cases. I just make guesses sometimes.
Maybe the further away from the actual horror the better for the defendant? Postpone things while emotions become less raw as the images of what transpired become less vivid , at least in some...

Thanks. just knew some of you sharpies would have this posted!

Surely could have been something like that. How would he have known it was time for Vera to leave?
another similar scenario, probably mentioned before: Is it possible Amy went out , quick trip to the store / pharmacy or something, leaving Phillip with Vera and (I even hate to write his...
I do hope the killer can be identified and found. I have no idea if it was random or not but will follow here because you guys will be on top of it. Thanks for all the information you have provided so far. My heart goes out to the families of Carrie Jean and Kate and on, and on, and on............
