I do believe this was an unfortunate chance encounter with a serial killer. They didnt know this person. Murder was the point of this and he was successful. They had no idea this could happen. The profiler above has said everything I have been thinking.

Good Lord, this is heartbreaking. My friend lost her triplet son (age 18) to Covid before vaccines, so a lot of this sounds familiar to me. After a few months, I might suggest that she contact them, as her triplet son’s sisters are left behind (but doing ok so far, as to the ability they can).
