i appreciate responses to my questioning of delay in justice for Samantha... Back ups in courts seems to be a situation in both Australia and in the USA... I just need to be more patient. JMO

EXACTLY my question. Seems VICPOL has all(much)of the evidence they need... And I DO trust their ethics... But then..... Why delay the inevitable judicial process? Seems they have him "dead to rights"..... Why then cannot there be a speedier resolution? As some sleuthers have responded...
