His vehicle is still at Walrond nearly every time I go past on Vivion Rd. You can see his house from Vivion. It was just there last week two days out of two days I went past. I would say he still lives on Walrond. He definately does not live on Lister as I only see his vehicle here only once in...
For those convinced that a dui SIS is automatically expunged and not viewable by casenet here is an example of a case that was just that and was not, nor can not be expunged. It is still viewable per casenet. This person (who's name I have redacted because he has absolutely nothing to do with...
No. They do not literally go away. Her lack of insurance charge is proof of that. If they just magically went 'poof' upon completion, then that one would have also.
If no criminal cases that had a completed SIS were no longer listed, then her criminal case that has a completed SIS (lack of insurance crimanal case) would not still be one there. They don't simply pick and choose all willy nilly as to list some and not others. Her lack of insurance case is a...
Since it was being assumed that she must have had a dui expunged on the other thread and that it must have been done automatically, here are links to sites that state that she would not even be eligible for it. From an actual legal website regarding expungment in Missouri...
From an actual legal website regarding expungment in Missouri:
http://research.lawyers.com/Missouri/Criminal-Process-in-Missouri.html One it is stating that if you got a SIS, you are not eligible for expungement and two it states that you must make a petition for it - which makes another docket...
Evidently she did, that's who. And one should not ever use wiki as a source of reliable legal advice.
If it was done automatically, explain why the criminal charges that had a successful completion of SIS still show. They wouldn't. IF it was not automatic and one had to go through the effort to...
It would make absolutely no sense to go through the effort to get only one criminal charge expunged when there were two other criminal charges on her record. Her criminal charge for lack of insurance was also a Sis sentence that was completed and yet, it remains on her record. If a completed SIS...
While the record of the case that was expunged might vanish, the court case regarding the court hearing for the expungement will not. There is no such case listed. Getting a court date for the hearing to see if the judge agrees that the case meets the requirements for it to be expunged is a...
And all of the docket entries would be explained if she never produced such proof. Also if she was doing her probation for a dui charge, it would not show as probation for a lack of insurance charge. Just as her issues for her lack of insurance do not show up on her bad tags charge that was...
this is mostly correct as the people I know had to go get their record expunged. It was not automatic and it was in Missouri and their effort to go get it expunged created, yet another, casenet file. And besides, all of the chatter of a supposed dui arrest is from the lack of insurance charge...
I choose to believe the charges listed. Not some made up charges that don't exist. There is no evidence that the charges were anything other than what was listed because there is nothing to state that the charge was ever amended from anything else.
DUI cases that are pled down have attorneys attached to them. She has no attorney of record on this case. There is also an entry on the docket stated that the charge was amended if it was pled down. It doesn't state what he original charge was, but there is a notation that the charge was at some...
Just because one is arraigned, does not mean they were hauled into jail. It simply means that she had criminal charges (driving without insurance in Missouri is a criminal offense) and had a court date to answer. It does not say she was in custody at the time like it does on some other cases.
BBM Especially if it was a dui/dwi with a failure to appear and probation violations attached! Independence MO is not known for lax sentencing, either. Especially Judge Bushur from what I have been told!
