I second GetSmart and Boots' posts. I too am extremely frustrated day in and day out by the lack of information released in the Weleetka case. It seems as though LE has all but thrown in the towel, hoping we all will forget about the murders of Taylor and Skyla with the passage of time.

GS, thanks for starting this thread.
The reason I was drawn to this case actually started back in 2000, with the unexpected passing of my fiancee at a young age. It was that event that triggered an intense emotional response whenever I heard about someone being taken before they'd had a chance...
Very astute observation, Houndacres!! I had seen that image many times (very, very well done but heartbreaking at the same time), but I hadn't read the comments. Sure does make me wonder!

I'm not 100% convinced he was directly involved, but I believe he knows something. I have heard about some discrepancies between the sketch and the real POI, but without seeing him myself, I can't say for sure.

I remember hearing that too, Boots, but I must have missed the part where he said they were stolen. I wonder if these cameras had a wireless link to some sort of hard disk recorder, or if the camera and recorder were in the same box at the site?
Dear Lord, please watch over the families and friends of Taylor and Skyla this Christmas, and give them comfort and peace. Please keep our girls safe in your arms, until and beyond the day when we meet them in your house in Heaven. In Your name, Amen.
