Retrial for Sentencing of Jodi Arias - Day 3

Great video, thanks very much. I've always wondered if the gun misfired after only one shot. The gun might not have been properly cleaned and maintained. Just a thought.

I had about the same problem, Nore. I don't know if it was the link that went wonky or my Mac. I did get the "color pattern" and the loud buzzing, then tried to restart my computer but I missed at least half of the news conference. I'm depending on our good peeps here for their great posts...

OMG, calling police so late in the day! I can't imagine they didn't look for her on Sunday morning! When my daughter was in High School back in the mid 90's I was 5 minutes late picking her up and she just went with her best friend and her Mom and didn't even get dropped off at home where me...

Sounds like a couple of areas in my backyard that the yard man didn't do because I didn't have another $500 for him. The picture of the area where little Jenise was found reminds me so much of little Caylee. At least she was found much sooner than sweet Caylee. Why oh Why do people have to be...

Marking my spot here. It's been a hard day for me and Blondie cat, so we will go off to the couch to watch the shows. Thanks to everyone who provided links to the presser and news articles. Thanks for your many diverse opinions that often make me think things out on a deeper level than my...

At first when I read this I thought "absolutely". Then, got to thinking the Search Warrant might not have been broad enough to cover "under the house", and I don't know if they are allowed to bust locks without a special circumstances on the Search Warrant? I dunno, can't stay caught up with...

Good. I've got Jane recording now, then Nancy, then Dr. Drew. Maybe I won't miss it somehow. Knock on wood.

Probably to ice down bottles of water. I live in Texas where it is hot as all get out, still hot in WA state too, would bet. Older or sick individuals like me would need extra cold water to drink. JMO!

Yep, no family, neighbors or friends could search because of mixing DNA in the area she was found, and because they might disturb DNA etc found with or on the body. JMO.

Exactly! I wonder where Mark Lunsford is today, these days rather, poor man. I haven't seen him on TV in a long time. I believe his name was mentioned on Nancy Grace last night, in reference to little Jessica. So heartbreaking she was in that man's house in the closet when police came...

I believe it is possible a family member might have done just that, wrapped her body and put her in the field so close to home. Remember little Caylee A. in Florida? That's exactly what her mother did.
