MIDDLETON, Wis. - A Middleton man who was reported missing hasn't been heard from for more than a month, police said.
Middleton police said the family of 36-year-old John Balistreri Jr. hasn't...
I was referring to the crash that led to her disappearance. While I do remember reading there was wine spilled and splattered around her vehicle but I don't recall reading about a wine glass with residual wine in the cup. Do you happen to have a link to this information?
TIA
BBM, it's been a long time since I've posted about this case, Maura's case is the one that bothers me the most. I wonder if her "zoning out" could have possibly been a seizure (absence seizure), if she were having multiple seizures a day it could affect her judgement, especially if she were on...
I don't think I've seen this yet, I apologize if it's already been posted!

Howdy neighbor! :happydance:
I too am from El Paso, barely...I am up the pass much closer to Teller county. While I do agree that there are very friendly people here in Colorado (one of the many reasons I love it here), we are also over ridden with transients in our mountains and forested...
Thank you so much Lizzzard! I asked for a link up the thread regarding mountain lions killing more than they can eat and your post answered my question ;-) I too live, work, hike, camp and play in country that is home to all the same animals as you with the exception of the grizzly bear. I...
Oops, that's way off!!! Sorry :blushing:
I don't know how helpful this will be, but I'll try....at an altitude of approximately 9165 ft. a pool of water (the round pools that are placed above ground-about 4 feet deep) would not heat up over 40 degrees despite being out in the hot sun all...
Water at higher altitude is colder, but iirc the altitude was only 6500ft? So I don't know that it would be VERY cold, the sun at higher altitude is incredibly hot.
teeandcee-I agree that if this was an attack by a cougar it was a young cougar who was desperate for food; I don't think an attack by an animal is impossible but unlikely. There was plenty of water around the area which typically brings in all kinds of animals for the predators to feast on...
I pray they find little DeOrr safe and sound; whether we are or are not clued in to the inner workings of the case. This case has completely consumed me as did the Maura Murray case. There weren't many clues in her case and she's never been found-I continue to think about her to this day...
I'm torn on this one. My little girl (will be two on 7/29) has worn boots too large for her inside and outside while playing and trekking around (she would see the boots at home before she grew into them and insisted on wearing them :blushing::blushing:). She did surprisingly well in the boots...
