Virginia Welch and Anne Riggins are the highest contenders for her. One detective really believed Jane Doe is Welch, but until the last two years, no dentals could ever be located on them.

If there's dentals on Mary, it would get flagged by NCIC. I know the former forensic dentist at the medical examiner would compare anything that received.
