There's not any halfway decent evidence for any Zodiac murders after 1969 though. There's no particularly good reason to even suspect a contemporary copycat either, with the (very, very debatable) exception of Lake Beryessa I suppose.

This one has bothered me for years. I'm not anywhere near California, and perhaps a Vallejo native might have a blindingly obvious answer. That's my hope, anyway. When Z was speaking to Nancy Slover and directed the police to go "one mile east on Columbus Parkway", what was he talking about...

I just don't see it, personally. The guy has no known connection to Vallejo or SF, and he apparently didn't drive. A suspect certainly, but I can't see him as a particularly strong one. Or am I missing something here?

The first confirmed letter dates from 1969, though many (myself included) believe he wrote as early as '66. The big problem with a 19 year old suspect is that multiple witnesses said that the zodiac was between 30-45 at the time. Nobody gave an estimate as low as 19 or 20.

Any suspect who was 19-20 years old in 1969 can't really be considered a good one. May I ask why you'd suspect the guy in the first place? Also, who claims anything about a 5 year old potential zodiac victim in '63? I've never seen that one before.

I've always wondered what that was supposed to even mean. Half the men in California could be considered Welsh looking.
