I have transcribed part two of the Cowell press conference to the best of my ability. There were places that the audio was very poor and it took several attempts to figure out what was said, but I think I was able to get it all. Also, there was a little of stuttering and “um, ah, hmm” type words...

I believe the building dates back to the 1930's and is a historical landmark. And yes, it does have an elevator. Another piece of info... The owner of these apartments also owns a bail bonds business that is ran out of this building.

Where I swim at CB you can walk out for a long ways. People use rafts like that all the time without being hooked to boats too. The water is so still you can float in pretty much the same spot for hours unless a boat comes by. I originally thought Puff's photo was in Chelan, but I found this...

They really do look very similar! Especially the rocks. I was at CB in June and I don't remember it looking that green, but I also wasn't in this spot... We need a CB local... Darn that time out box!

I know that is what I was thinking about the rocks... just the water and the background. I was trying to think of any places that are rocky like that.

That background kind of looks like Lake Chelan?? the water up there is very blue like that. When I was at CB this summer the water wasn't clear and pretty like that.
