They said Murdoch had black cable ties in his ute so why wouldn't he just zip them on rather than the cumbersome manacles? I could understand the manacles if he wanted to attach Lees to the ute but he didn't so what was the point of them anyway.

When they took the manacles to Yattala did they take the T shirt as well????. Gwynnes said that when she took the manacles in a brown paper bag to the gaol she stood one metre away from Murdoch but didn't take the manacles out of the bag.......Gwynne also said she lifted her shirt to show...

Its claimed Murdoch made the manacles and used tape for the centre connector. If Murdoch made the manacles how come his DNA wasn't all over them?.Forensics said the serum was 6 layers down so how did he manage this and not get it all over the first 5 layers???.

As far as I know the sample found on the T shirt, kombi gearstick, inner layers of tape was NOT blood but serum from a weeping sore or similar......

YEP.....I agree with that...A lot of yelling and screaming took place there too and continued all the way up north. They were having a go as they went out to check on the Tanami to see if they could get the drugs up to Broome that way but decided it was too rough and then decided to head off up...

Lees moved the goal posts so many times that the Prosecution had to make lots of stuff up in order to get Murdoch coz Lees couldn't lie straight in bed.Maybe Murdoch borrowed some false teeth as well as the borrowed dog, borrowed wig.........what a crack-up.

I suspect that Pete and Lees were up to no good on that lonely trek up north.I suspect they could have been drug mules for the Pirates of Sedan and Pete being a scammer he could have viewed himself a bit of a Pirate too and agreed to haul drugs as an easy way to make some cash given that the ATO...

Lees couldn't accurately describe the dog the attacker had with him and could only say it was a heeler of sorts so the Prosecution, knowing that Murdoch owned a Dalmation X explained this away by saying Murdoch borrowed the heeler especially for the attack..... and this was said in the...

Murdoch was acquitted so there was no conviction. If there was enough evidence to charge Murdoch with why did it fall over?.It fell over coz it was B/S and the Pirates of Sedan set Murdoch up so they could get some payback on him and possibly claim a victims of crime payment.

No-one was going to rape Lees. The Prosecution suggested Lees use that scenario to up the ante in the trial.........:seeya:

Lees changed her story several times before ,during and after.......This whole case was built from the ground up by conniving Lees,Hepi,Police,Prosecutors and of course the Media helped it along too..There was no case against Murdoch until Hepi, his druggy mate put him in for the Falconio...
