I went back and read those posts, maybe you should too. What I agreed on was that PG wanted Jaycee to be aware that her rights were violated as stated in the letter. In no way did I agree with you that PG sent Jaycee a letter!!!

Tizzle, it's because new laws went into effect in 2008 and they had to comply with them. PG was reclassified because of these laws.

Wow, I'm embarrassed that I'm answering my own questions. :blushing: So now there isn't any excuse for JM not to finish out his term in prison. He was one of several who obviously violated parole and now it can't be ignored, can it?
