it's under the jurisdiction of the Livingston County Sheriff. They have a cold case team.

I also have an episode coming out on Ashleigh's case. The more coverage, the more likely it is that it gets in front of the right person.

I've been in contact with his family. He's still missing :(

the catch with this theory (IMO) is that no one saw Bob downtown. We don't know that he actually made it into town. Meaning he could be anywhere. Again, JMO

Information on his Livingston County crime - People v. Hoffmeister

I did an episode about Hoffmeister as my uncle graduated from Berkley HS with him. He also murdered one of his classmates who lived in Huntington Woods in 1967 https://law.justia.com/cases/michigan/court-of-appeals-unpublished/1998/19980904-c201169-0054-201169-opn.html

One of his classmates reached out to me about his case. I don't think there is enough available for an episode, but I'm trying to get his name and face out there.
