I think she looks a lot like Kara. Especially when Kara has an open mouth smile. The shape of the eyes match and I think if her picture on People Mag's website was from a different angle the nose would look more like a match.

Not sure if they happened to stop him in a traffic stop or what. Looks like as many times as he's been arrested for failing to register that the cops are watching him. I just wonder if this mug shot is from today or is a past pic... what's going on with his lip?

Do you think maybe one of the kids actually saw something and was afraid to say? Wouldn't a perp keep their mouth shut until a body was actually found? And if a garbage collecter saw a body, they'd stop it from ending up in the landfill?

So, he could have possibly had her hidden and when he sent the kids back out he could have done this? Or is the timeline still to tight?

Amanda Fravel's face resembles this JD. I would rule out Shannon Green though because of the circumstances around her disappearance.
