Yes and it is not the area it once was. My goal is to find out where The father worked. The boy was found on the of the road. It was more rural then but still not a busy street. I was there about 20 years ago standing outside. There are houses across the street from where he was found now. When...

Because the family is denying it even though the geneologist confirmed that identity was the same name as on the birth ceritficate. If the family was not connected by name they wouldnt say anything.. Ww would never know who it was

PA PA - Kathleen Mohn, 48, King of Prussia, 3 Dec 1999

I know this area well. I live in bucks county pa. they have recently changed the exits off the turnpike there. I believe she was already dead when she was seen on that footage. Once you get off at 13 and jump on 14 it is a straight shot to KFC but that’s a busy corner. So dec 4th in the...

Sentencing and beyond- JA General Discussion #9

No matter what she does, No matter what she says, She will never leave those walls. Let her wail and complain and try and make up charges, but she will be there for life.

GUILTY MA - Conrad Roy, 18, urged by friend, commits suicide, Fairhaven, 13 July 2014 #2 *guilty*

I agree. I know it makes people feel better to prosecute for things, But suicide is just that. Someone taking their own life. I think she is despicable person. But I still don't think people should be convicted for other people taking their own lives.

    Plead Your Case *Discussion-Friendly Thread*

This case still breaks me. I believe that Casey is responsible for Caylees death but I don't know if I believe premeditation in her death. I do not see the evidence that points to the actual act of killing Caylee. I do believe she was responsible either by negligence or intention in the moment...

I don't think he had a giant head.. I think he was so malnorished and beaten he was swollen and deformed. I think this was a poor little boy that someone used for their own satisfaction. IT breaks my heart. I have driven by this place hundreds of times. I picture it as it was then and I cant...

Where Do You Think Teresa Halbach was Killed?

I dont see any way that SA didn't have a major hand in this crime.. This is too much of a walks like a duck acts like a duck scenario for me. You would have to believe that someone knew she would be there murdered her with the intent of framing SA and then had access to all of the places where...

    Separating FACT from fiction

The tape is garbage IMO. I have seen too many version to believe any of them. I have been watching a lot of cases that relied on garbled speak on tapes only years later to have them proven to be frauds, distorted or mistranscribed. There are many cases where people swear they hear something...

PA PA - Carol Dougherty, 9, Bristol, 22 Oct 1962

So.... This week I was talking to man who grew up in Bristol and new Sabadish.. It seems it was known that Sabadish was having affairs. What also left an impression was that this was a deeply religious and catholic town. Priests were revered and no one was ever going to speak against one. I...

Steven Avery: Guilty of Teresa Halbach's Murder?

The explanation of the evidence is obvious. I don’t even care how it happened. I don’t think you need to know all the details to see it as being SA that is responsible. Her blood is in the car on his property. His blood is in that car. His dna is on the hood. If someone else had been...

Steven Avery: Guilty of Teresa Halbach's Murder?

It could have been there and missed. I am not really impressed with the key. Even if you take the key out there is too much that points to Avery.

Steven Avery: Guilty of Teresa Halbach's Murder?

So for those who think he is innocent tell me was LE supposed to just let him go and walk because he had been wrongfully convicted before? They were supposed to just stay away and let Teresa’s case go unsolved when her body is in his yard and burned? When her blood is in her car on his property...

Steven Avery: Guilty of Teresa Halbach's Murder?

Because SA could have cleaned the key. If he cleans it then her dna is gone. However he left his. It’s not rocket science. It’s actually a practical explanation. This insane stretching and reaching for other ways the evidence could have been collected or attained reminds me of oj case...
