I think they ought to revamp the whole justice system in Tennessee and make sure they get rid of the Good Old Boys mentality.

I can tell you for a fact that the justice system in Tennessee is corrupt. I experienced that first hand when I lived there for four years. My son was molested by his father and it was proved but yet they were going to force me to let his dad have visitation anyways and not supervised...

Do we know if they even found her remains? How would they be able to prove that she was raped, gagged, and discarded some place else?

He may have been the master mind behind it all and had one of his goons do the leg work for him. So who else is sitting behind bars that might fit the description of the guy that Holly's brother may have seen?
