Discussions on Formal Sentencing Hearing - Jodi Arias #11

Dear Friends, Got into this late today thank you all for your insights and explanations that you posted regarding the sentencing today. Thank you most of all for the link to the actual sentencing by the Judge. Over time I forgot how vile JA is and to see her misrepresent so many things...

Brad Cooper Pleads Guilty to 2nd Degree Murder of Nancy Cooper

And to add to this - not once did the murderer every state 'he couldn't take the plea deal because then LE would never find the REAL KILLER" You are right this is the 'end of story'. Some people could have watched him murder Nancy and find excuses for him.

Brad Cooper Pleads Guilty to 2nd Degree Murder of Nancy Cooper

Missed the hearing - anyone know of a link replaying the hearing? Always knew Brad Cooper was a murder - his deposition was creepy and I never doubted for a minute he killed Nancy. Imagine those that lived and worked with this creep finally hearing it in his own words....and how about the...

Brad Cooper Pleads Guilty to 2nd Degree Murder of Nancy Cooper

Per 6:30 AM News ABC 11 reporting there is a plea deal for Second Degree Murder with 13 to 16 years (he will be given credit for time served). Far to less time for a murder IMO. But the good news for me is the girls will be old enough to decide what to do regarding their 'father'...

    SIDEBAR #26- Arias/Alexander forum

While the discussion continues regarding live feeds or tape delay feeds of the sentencing phase of the trial I am sure of two things 1) JA wants a live feed but will agree to a tape delay feed. She will use this to further promote herself, her "ART" her T shirt sale etc. She needs this...

    SIDEBAR #25- Arias/Alexander forum

Hello all my Websleuths friends - long time no see! A couple of thoughts/questions 1 Will JA appear in court to represent herself in prison garb? 2 Will she call "Alice" to the stand for mitigating factors Alice may see in regard to JA? 3. The best of all this is that JM will know every...

    GUILTY NC - PFC Kelli Bordeaux, 23, Fayetteville, 14 April 2012 - #11

I don't know if this has been updated but yesterday the private investigator would not say who had hired him. Anybody know at this time? To update..just pulled up the information on WRAL.....private investigators were "never officially hired" but worked on the case for 22 months. Still...

    GUILTY NC - PFC Kelli Bordeaux, 23, Fayetteville, 14 April 2012 - #11

Just saw the news on WRAL and where the police and coroner's office were in retrieving the body of Kelli Bordeaux - it was a very wooded area and per the police 3 to 4 miles from the Froggy Bottom bar. Report said her family has been notified. So very sad.

GUILTY UT - Michele MacNeill, 50, found dead in bathtub, Pleasant Grove, 11 April 2007 - #8

Good morning WS'ers. Shocked when I saw there was a verdict on Good Morning America. Zipped right here I knew the faithful would walk the rest of us sleepy heads through the verdict. Thanks to all who posted the good news. And much peace to the MacNeill daughters as they now walk...

GUILTY UT - Michele MacNeill, 50, found dead in bathtub, Pleasant Grove, 11 April 2007 - #6

The fact that the Defense put on any case appears to be weak. If they would have offered no witnesses - it would appear to some (maybe) they felt strongly they didn't need to have a defense. The way the defense did it appears this was all they could muster. It did not serve MacNeill well IMO.

Sorry I was confusing - I meant to say he will GET an appeal...not win it. Thanks for pointing it out to me.

A break and then they are going to talk about jury instructions.

Worst defense case I have ever seen. If MacNeill is convicted he will win an appeal in 15 minutes. We WS'ers could have put on a better case. Wowza.
