The problem is we cant hold other Countries and Cultures to our standards. 35 years ago in this Country girls were sent home and suspended from schools if they dared ware pants. Domestic abuse laws were not on the books and it was legal for a parent to whip their children and leave whelts.

Harvey Levin stated that TMZ recieved the recording legally and debated whther to run it since it involved a child. They made the decision to run it because Ireland Baldwin wanted it to to be public.

The tape was presented to the Court on Wednesday and Baldwins visitation was temporarily suspended. TMZ posted it on Thursday.
