I mentioned it yesterday, but threads were moving so fast...
Two days ago when Patti didn't show, Nurmi told the judge he wanted her to explain to the jury why the promised witness would not be there. She told him she would explain she was unavailable, but would not say why as it was...
It has probably been discussed but what jumped out at me today was this...
Yesterday, Nurmi told the judge he wanted her to inform the jury why the expected witness would not be there. She told him she would explain she is unavailable, but not why. Which she did today. Jodi was there to hear...
IIRC that fell into the part of her notes that she had 'issues' or 'questions' and wrote "Ask Jodi" She then tried to act like she was taking these notes while talking to Jodi, when JM called her out and asked why she would write "Ask Jodi" if she was right there with her.

She is sick. If that is true, I wish JM could tell the jury that, while also showing the interrogation tape where she asks to see...
IIIRC someone had mentioned that the judge will normally address the defendant at the end of the trial, in open court. Can anyone confirm that? I would love to hear what JSS has to say. Hearing her read the jury questions, such as "....why should we believe you now?", with her tone of voice it...
It was. I wish it were true lol

My concern is that if she gets 'no parole', perhaps even decades down the line some technicality or loop hole could be discovered that sets her free.
Not to mention the difference in her prison experience if she gets life or death. She should be locked away by herself.
TH's were suggesting last week the aggravation phase/deliberations could have been completed on the short day last week that got cancelled. Sounds like a bit of a stretch, but I guess it could be realistic on Wednesday.
