From page 366 and 367 of hard cover edition of NCTM. RB has been arrested and this is testimony at his preliminary hearing. Testimony from a detective with CFS who is testifying what the Head of the Pathology Dept reported - ' ... had estimated less than half a pint of blood had pooled beneath...

I just came across the first blood discussion in the book - starts bottom of page 225 in hard cover version. CB does say here that she never bled in EB's car. This is after CFS has determined that the blood is from a female offspring of Mr and Mrs B, who both gave a sample for DNA profiling...

I recently found my old copy of the book on this case 'No Claim To Mercy' by Derek Finkle. I will start scanning through it this evening to find specific page numbers with references to the small quantity of blood in the car, the direction of the smudges and why there was no DNA profile created...

Found Deceased Canada - Justin Evans, 22, Gravenhurst, Ont, 12 Dec 2020

There is something in this article that has been nagging at me. I'm not an expert or trained in the forensics of a decomposing body, but I believe part of the science behind decomp is if there is a wound on the body of someone that is deceased, that part of the body will decompose faster than...

Found Deceased Canada - Justin Evans, 22, Gravenhurst, Ont, 12 Dec 2020

Imo, a family member of a LEO that committed or is suspected of committing a heinous crime, especially someone that has been a LEO for a lengthy period of time would not reflect on the LEO. Maybe that's not so in the minds of others? Maybe the LEO would be drawn in by having to answer...

Found Deceased Canada - Justin Evans, 22, Gravenhurst, Ont, 12 Dec 2020

Another excellent video. Imo, the original detectives on this case should not have been allowed to remain as investigators once JE's death was ruled a suicide by LE with every logical reason to believe it was not. Even the medical examiners office cannot go along with such a statement by LE...

NY NY - Portland, Woleben Rd, UncFem 15-30, UP85157, in shallow grave, dead for decades, Sep'21

Yesterday I asked the OPP to advise if MVO has been excluded as a possibility for these remains or is it still undetermined. Not sure if they will respond or not. Not sure that Brantford LE will respond either. Not sure that Brantford LE ever established a way to identify MVO if her remains...

Canada - Niagara police officer shot by fellow officer in Pelham, Ontario, 29 Nov 2018

Still find it impossible to muster any sympathy for 'roid rage prone Parker - he shouldn't have been a cop at the time he was serving as a cop. Imo he was looking for trouble that day and found it. Hoping he is never given the right to carry a badge or a gun again. Jmo.

Fwiw, the OPP assured me in an e-mail this afternoon that they will look into the possibility that the decades old remains are those of Madeleine Van Overdijk. This has been passed back to them from the RCMP site (who I contacted this am) and the OPP will likely work in conjunction with...

This is another possibility for the found remains, decades old - Canada's Missing | Case details In case the link doesn't work well the missing person is Madeleine Marie Theresa Van Overdijk. Reported missing from Brantford, Ontario 12 March 1973 by her husband. Madeleine use to be in an OPP...

No, the possibility remains as either or. As previously discussed in the threads, the amount of blood in EB's car was less than what a person would give when donating blood, and smears only going in one direction. Unable to remember which direction (in or out) at the moment. <modsnip>

One thing to keep in mind imo, the blood in the car was never determined to belong to EB and only EB. At trial for RB, the closest TPS got was, the blood belonged to a female offspring of Mr and Mrs Bain.

Thank-you deugirtni - yes, my wording should have been why did SD have to go through the ordeal of being charged only to have the charges dropped due to no chance of conviction. Shouldn't the crown have realized/thought of/known that would be the case before SD was charged? And NP still hasn't...

Canada - Niagara police officer shot by fellow officer in Pelham, Ontario, 29 Nov 2018

I'm torn now that I can read SD's full account - should he have even been taken to trial for attempted murder? If a robbery suspect, assault suspect etc was wailing on SD the way NP was, preventing SD from backing away and getting into his vehicle for safety, and threatening to shoot him, seems...

The court file no. is - LV-20-00059866-0000 - don't want to lose this. It's a bit scribbly (handwritten), but pretty sure that is the number. SD and family vs NRP, NRP Police Services Board and NP.
