You're a good pure person to question that. You are probably young and not stung? You'd be his perfect parishioner. IMO this is NOT a case of mental health struggle.
She was definitely struggling. I'm not convinced what that specific struggle was yet. That filmed testimony looks theatrical to me. Could be true, could be exaggerated for good theatre. Could be entirely false.
I'm very curious as to where she was headed before everything went south. Why did she take the back roads of Button and East Lake? Maybe it's as simple as google maps avoiding 436 and the like. But where was her destination before she was kidnapped. You would think the husband could provide one...

If it's true that witnesses were hearing gunshots as early as 7:00 p.m., and the Sheriff stated the trip from the East Lake corner to the area where they found her car burning was approximately an hour drive time that time of day....she was basically executed.
