Was he the youngest of three siblings? Two older sisters? I believe this is a family member of mine not 100% sure. If so I have childhood photos but might not help much.

I'm not convinced but this is the ONLY Kenneth Marshall I could find within 5 years of the MPs DOB based on his age. He was a sixth grader in 1979, but this was in Belle Chasse, Louisiana. Do we know if Kenneth was originally from there?
He is blonde I guess lol

Wish there was a way to find out if he came from and went to school in Bell Chases. Wish there was some way to find out more of how he went missing. If he ended up in the East River in November his body would be floating up around May of 1989.

I wish I could actually confirm 100% if it was him, but I couldn't find another that matched. Because there is so little information I have no idea if he ever lived in Belle Chasse.

I would like to know any circumstances of his missing, also who reported him missing or a date of birth. The Namus case is so empty that everything is possible. I suppose in the case files, there must be more information and i think, telling those would be beneficial for this MP.
