I have always wondered how this murderer has managed to steer clear of capture. He is tall and has a distinctive face, and was featured several times on AMW around the time of the crime. Some speculate he has been dead all these years. He would be 38 years old today.
Below are the details...
I have a longstanding and ever-growing thread called "Unsolved Toronto Crimes" ( www.websleuths.com/forums/showthread.php?t=63274 ). For some reason it was recently moved out of Cold Cases and into Serial Killers.
I have no idea why, since 99.9% of the cases featured therein don't involve...
This is an extrapolation of a case featured here (post # 20, case #5). A family member of Mr. Goldie's wrote Websleuths requesting that the case be given more prominence in the hope that someone will come forward with information.
Articles referenced are from the Toronto Star editions of August...
Since this section of the forum is not very active, it doesn't make much sense to open multiple new threads on individual cases, unless those cases are prominent and likely to spur lively cross-conversation. So, I'll just periodically add summaries of unsolved Toronto crimes to this thread...

A double murder is rare in itself, but...

There is some indication police know who may have been involved, and...
I don't know if this is the right forum, but it's the most appropriate one I could find for this subject.
Does anyone know if Kurtis's great "Cold Case Files" has been canceled? For months now, in the allotted Saturday night timeslot, A&E has had some trash about house renovations, much like...
This is a strange case because there is virtually no data on it available publicly, and because it remains unsolved. To the former, one would think a quadruple murder warrants continued interest, and to the latter, one would think a crime this brazen in a fairly busy area quickly leads to...

This happened not too far from where I live, and I visited the crime scene a couple of years ago. The area hasn't changed all that much, but the empty lot where the bodies were found is now the parking lot of a business.
The person...
