The police left a note on the door of the Delmar home asking Sherrill to call in when she returned home. They did not take the information for a missing person's case until the next day, when Mr. McCall went to the police station. Not very serious, IMO. I know 20 years ago this type of crime...

Clay Recla was one of the grave robbers. They were stealing gold fillings and pawning the gold. He had been Suzie's boyfriend at the time and she was to testify at the trial, but disappeared.

I understand your point of the bag being a trophy or souvenir, but it is seems an extreme example. Trophies and souvenirs kept by a perp are almost always something worn by the victim, or a body part such as a lock of hair. To me, the bag would be more of a valuables item. Here is a link that...

On the surface, it does seem there should have been a packed overnight bag for Stacy's overnighter. But with Mrs. McCall making the statement Stacy would have been in her underwear and then her clothes, swim suit, et al being left at the Delmar home lessens the possibility (to me) that Stacy...

I had always thought I remembered the reward reached $100000 but was unable to substantiate that fact. Tonight, while reading old newspaper accounts, I came across an article stating the higher reward. Investigators have scrambled to follow any of the 4,700 leads that offer any promise. Their...

It is not 100% positive that Stacy had a bag anywhere. That has never been brought to light in public records, as far as I know. If you have records that prove the existence of the bag, please share.

I can't agree that Stacy had a bag with her. No published report says so, and video interviews of Mrs. McCall have her on record saying she was going to retrieve Stacy's clothes and car. My logic tells me Mrs. McCall would have said bag if there had been a bag. This is my opinion on the...

It doesn't make sense at all that Suzie's bag and all three purses were left behind, but Stacy's alleged bag went missing. There was nothing published (that I can find) stating Stacy had a bag. As for buying the suit at Whitewater, I can see three reasons. 1) It would serve as a memento to...

A purse is a woman's home away from home. A purse is not intentionally left behind. If I were facing the scenario you posted, I would want my purse which has my keys so I could try to drive. I would not go out a side door to a fenced-in yard.

Wouldn't she grab her purse as well? Meds aren't cheap or easy to replace. Nor is makeup.

Mule, you are speculating as well. Here is my speculation: Stacy tells her Mom "I don't need a bag, I'm going to buy a new suit at Whitewater". Her makeup and meds were in her purse. Or, she used a plastic bag to carry her suit and a towel in. Leaving Whitewater, those items would be wet...

Motorcycle gangs will generally have their prospects carry out the "dirty work". If prospects were told to go and get the girls, the prospects would leave the cash alone unless they were given permission to steal.

One thing that bothers me about the porch lady van sighting is the tumor. What kind of tumor did Suzie have that would have been visible from the porch to the street. Does anyone have a picture showing Suzie's tumor?

Disappeared also alluded to Robert Cox and Stu McCall working at the same dealership. While they both worked for Plaster (Reliable Chev/et al) they did not work at the same lot.

The original plan was for the girls to stay all night at a Branson motel. That was cancelled and then it was to stay at the Kirby residence. Then Suzie and Stacy changed plans again and headed for the Streeter home. Also, CaliMama, you mentioned your brush with the frat boys and wondered if...

It had not occurred to me about controlling the crime scene, but it is an eye-opening point. From what I remember, Janis called the Kirby house before noon to talk to Stacy. One of the Kirby girls told Janis Stacy did not stay all night there, but changed plans and went to the Streeter...

According to TruTV, the case on Tammy there states she was wrapped in a red blanket with the Kenworth logo on it. Not a blanket used as a packing quilt.

I believe the psychic was telling this vision to Alex and his son. But this story did come from Alex's site. I wish we still had all of the visions he had posted on the site from 2007. There were some really interesting ones.

But, the incest happened for several years, into her adulthood and beyond, so she may have some good background to share. It could bring to light certain things to look for in the father/daughter relationship when it moves into that situation and help to knock a hole in the statement that...
