I feel your pain. I have 2 friends who were in senior management positions with Apotex. They dealt with BS daily, for many years. One of them has never been contacted by LE.

That practice has been in place for decades. About 7 or 8 years ago rebates were made illegal, certainly in Ontario. Apotex was not doing anything different than any other generic manufacturers. And in accepting the rebates, pharmacies are just as culpable as the manufacturers.

I feel that except for our discussion here on WS, this case is absolutely dead (no pun intended). No police updates, no KD news, no rewards granted, no WM clues, no nothing. Any police progress? Is anyone doing anything to get justice for the Sherman’s? Very distressing .

Can a police officer legally, or anyone in fact, swear an affidavit knowing full well that there are errors in it?

I do not believe that the front door was captured by the neighbours camera. I believe the front of the driveway was on camera, but if the neighbours camera actually was able to film the Sherman’s front door then LE would know from the video whether the mystery visitor to the house on Thursday...
