Replying to Lorrie's post about the Norway angle..... Yeah, though not Norwegian I have lived in Norway for 17 years and never came across a Stevik. And Lyle does not look Norwegian in the slightest (yeah I know I'm being stereotypical, but it's true he doesn't).

A 30 is not really a size 10...A 30 is a really small size- small waist at least that is what is like over here in Norway..I always thought she was stockier, 'well nourished'. From the pictures I've seen there would be no way she would fit in size 30. A 40 is closer to a true 10.

In terms of Malberg....it was a regular elementary school until 1982-ish. I have no idea why, but many of Cherry Hill's elementary schools were closed and the kids from the closed schools were then phased into certain other elementary school, like Kingston Elementary school (mine).

Can you point me to a surname mapping website for Norway...I could only find US or UK sites. I don't mean to be arguing, but I did a phone search and a tax search (how much one makes in Norway is public knowledge) and there weren't many only 53 one year, then 35 the next. So I am not so sure how...

Hi...I live in Norway, and we looked up Stevik in the phone directory....not a one! I would have guessed Eastern Europe, rather than Scandinavian...but my husband said it could be possible, but prolly uncommon.
