What's eating you alive re this case?

My understanding is that some of the fibers matched JR's shirt. IMO some of what they found could have been from the velvet pants JB was wearing that evening. Velvet clothing can shed quite a bit.

    Was Burke Involved? # 4

She quite possibly lost bodily function when she was hit, as that was a massive head wound. There was a urine stain on carpet outside the door of the wine cellar. It seems inefficient or awkward (sorry, I struggled with the right word) to place a ligature on her in the hall, and then move her...

Maybe those long johns were in the basement, and PR's story about dressing her in them initially was a lie.

Day 7 The DNA/ 12 Days of JonBenet

Or the butt print was from someone sitting outside of JB's room, crying perhaps, wondering what the H#ll they were going to do next.

What's eating you alive re this case?

http://kgov.com/jonbenet-ramsey-murder-case-solved This one is Bob Enyart Live - I assume its his page. There are two parts. It was safe to click. https://www.reddit.com/r/JonBenet/comments/446p5k/has_anyone_heard_of_the_bob_enyart_theory/ The reddit commentary - not much there...

What's eating you alive re this case?

I hadn't heard about him, so I did a search:eek: That is quite weird. Looks like someone or someones spend a great deal of time accusing him. He makes a very interesting point about the ransom note - the line about being well-rested, supposedly written to people who supposedly would be...

What's eating you alive re this case?

IMO, BR heard adults (or older children) talk about JB "flaunting it". I've read somewhere that some of the R's friends had discussed confronting PR about JB's pageantry becoming excessive, and I think he probably overheard some of those conversations.

    Was Burke Involved? # 4

Technically, the asphyxiation killed. her, and that can not be in any way construed an accident. I do wonder if the pair of charges was to avoid some sort of double jeopardy issue in the future, depending on one trial or the other. I have a hard time accepting that they all thought BR...

    The Case of JonBenet Ramsey-CBS Sept. 18 # 3

The housekeeper said she saw the exact same knot tied around a box in the basement. I'd like to know what size box, and if it still had the rope knotted around it.

Burke Files 150 Million Dollar Lawsuit Against Werner Sptiz???

Could JR and/or BR request that the grand jury evidence be unsealed, if there is a trial re Spitz? Or could Spitz request it?

Burke Files 150 Million Dollar Lawsuit Against Werner Sptiz???

Tortoise for some reason I can't use reply. I'm not sold on BDI, but - do you think the head blow could have been caused by a golf club? If B was using a club to reach the wooden latch at the top of the door, and he swung it around and hit JB, who was perhaps facing opposite him, could he have...

What's in this cellar room photo?

Did they ever identify what the piece of paper was, found on JB's body? Sticker, maybe?

    JonBenet's Skull Fractures: The Weapon

On the walk-through video of the R's basement, shown on the A&E presentation this evening, they showed the shower with a head on a hose, I think. I wish I'd been paying closer attention. I'm thinking it could be the correct shape to cause an oval head wound? If it was decent quality, could it...

    Was Burke Involved? # 4

Although there was much weirdness over the pineapple, I am wondering if BR took the flashlight to the basement to sneak a peek at his birthday gifts, JB followed and threatened to tell. BR took a swing with the flashlight, and hit her on the head. Unless BR had seen movies with scenes about...

Why GJ Likely Solved Case In 1999

No one will ever accuse me of being a great legal mind. That being said, I think I see why the GJ indictments were rejected. The R's could not receive a fair trial, or really any trial, if the primary suspect of a first degree murder could not be even mentioned, or even that there was a first...

I'm not the best one to answer about the tombstone, but my first thought was, that its family humor/tribute to an avid follower of the case.
