If you are any kind of mother, a mom just knows. Always. Even if your child sneaks an ice cream sandwich. I don't think anyone wants to believe their kid has a problem. But after the fact, it's undeniable. And sad. And overwhelming. I'm sure.

Honestly, I know it can look like finger pointing and gossip, even. But a lot of it is people come here to cope. I can speak for myself, anyway.

No, there isn't any point to murder. But they do prosecute differently if it's premeditated or not.

I honestly think that could happen too. People don't snap out of their adrenaline to logically reason over what they are doing. I'm not defending the monsters in the least. I think what they did was senseless, stupid, greedy and evil.

She probably fought them. With multiple "tough guys" in the room, I could see how it could escalate. I'd be willing to guess they didn't plan on "let's kill her for parts." I mean really. WHY now? Plus, I honestly don't think understand how easily someone could get killed in a struggle.
