In my county, they have a little 'free' store of the defendants to use to get together clothing for court. They don't get to keep the clothes, just use them during court. Maybe he did that or not?

In my state if you are along and you are committing a felony with another and someone gets killed, you can also be charged. Not sure about MA law though. I think it's a pretty liberal state.
