If not absolutely all, I want to know what the heck happened and they’ve got the right man. I don’t want to be left with a lot of Whiskey Tango Foxtrots.
I’ve heard of plaintiffs being countersued for “frivolous litigation.” Nor sure how often this happens. ETA: Before filing a suit against my own lawyer’s advice, I’d figure on paying court costs and maybe the other party’s legal expenses when I got laughed out of court.
IANAL
Your input is much appreciated.
It’s also useful to see the arguments from people with (seemingly) very high thresholds for “beyond reasonable.”
The whole thing gives some insight into what happens in a jury room, where I have actually been but once. (I have seen Twelve Angry Men, though...
We’re still arguing over how he could have flunked yet another test and still be innocent.

Odds...
“Nonzero but < .000001,” he said, pulling a number out of his rectum.
ETA: If not ejected by him during the crime, what is a 40 caliber round doing there in those woods between those bodies? If not his cartridge, why do the dents and scratches even APPEAR to match his gun? He says he was...
