    well old Jason Downie is still in lockup, so his alibi didn't come through, he will appear in court in april - thats when the case will be adjourned to the adelaide court

    OK think about this - you wake up and your throat is cut - the natural thing to do would be hold your throat with one hand and fight like hell with the other - thus you would have defensive wounds - but how effective would you be - knowing you had only minutes to live at the most

    we don't really know where or how many slashes he had on his forearms - it may have been only one deep gash

    agreed with above - and i find it strange the report in that scottish paper saying the mother of the accused admitting that the evidence against her son doesn't look good for him

    what about everybody sleeping - perp slashes throats AR and RR in bed - they would not be able to scream or do much at all only hold their throats with one hand and struggle with perp - both have defensive wounds - limited noise perp then goes to CR bedroom and grabs her and she is the one...

    CR first sounds good - except for noise problem RR second maybe in kitchen maybe AR was in shower, when RR attacked chases perp towards front door then he is disabled the problem is the noise factor

    a big thanks for that mrs g - now i know that CR doesn't live with parents a/c only 2 bedrooms only - pretty small places around 9 squares in size

    well i've heard that it wasn't a real party there was only 7 there, <modsnip> and some other girl friends, i have looked at all the fb pages and news reports and there is no mention of accused being there, just conjecture that he was there - the party idea came from an interview with a neighbour...

    i have been thinking about the actual target of the murders - if the target was cronly then why didn't the accused do the murders on saturday night whilst she was alone and a much easier target but instead he attacks them on sunday night monday morning taking on the 3 of them - so the attack...

    today i am in sydney the suppression order doesn't apply to me today - not until i get back to SA
