I personally think it was a HORRIBLE idea on the MCD's family part to point the finger at DD, bc now that automatically narrows the investigation down to 2 people for the most part...MCD and DD. LE is saying pretty much that DD has a rock solid alibi and its so much evidence leaning toward MCD...

MCD is being held in protective custody to protect himself from things such as a suicide attempt. I read also that he is being checked on by medical staff of the jail, if there was any inkling that he is about to become seriously ill b/c of starvation then they would strap him down and feed him...

Hi Bessie, I don't know if was intentional or an oversight but there is not a link to the new thread in the old thread as I know we have many visitors who read the site and may not be able to find this new one(it took me a while) *edit* ok disregard this as I understand why now

I just saw the video that Matou posted in the previous thread for the first time believe it or not. The video of him getting interviewed when the body was found. I saw the other 10min video but somehow missed this one until now and guilt was written all over SM's face and body. I feel like he...

reading his posts on that site was like indirectly reading his journal. A Diary of a Mad Man if you will. Now, that I know this guy's mental makeup, its no doubt in my mind why the victim's remains were found right below his apt.. he held onto that specific part for a reason... one sick...

Me, just being blunt...I have been on 2 separate juries in Bibb County within the last 40 months, and no matter what instructions the Judge/s give you on how to decide guilt/innocence in regards to the defendant ones gut feeling/natural instinct/5th sense will be there even if a person is...

as someone else said...one pic is one to many.... please don't let the # of pictures mislead us.....God knows how many pictures he may have 'deleted' also simply being on child *advertiser censored* sites or images is a major felony, so if he was saving any pics then he must certainly spent alot of times...

in response to Psycho Mom(please forgive me I'm a newbie and I don't know all the quote functionals yet) With it being a different night I cant phantom someone as competent as SM not being forthcoming with this MM on the balcony at the first sign of trouble if that was indeed what he...

excellent points...also following what you said about the 'loud noise'. If you see someone outside your female friends apt(who you know lives alone) at that time of the morning, it only seems logical that the very next day(really that night) you would call her just to "check" on her... also...

y'all pardon me for rehashing old info that has probably already been discussed but it is one thing that really really sticks out in my mind that leads me to believe SM is the guilty party...other than the evidence that we know about When SM was interviewed by the local TV stations...They...

Ok...understood... -I stopped by the Zaxbys about 2 hours ago and went thru the drivethru. I didn't see any noticeable camera. I did see a monitor above the cash register, but I couldn't place my eye on a camera. I have to drive right by there to get back home. I may stop in and do some more...

I have been to that Zaxby's a gazillion times. I have never paid any attention to check for cameras...I am almost willing to bet in Macon there is DEF cameras somewhere. I am about to travel in that direction in a few hours. I may stop and do a little snooping. I pass the BH apt. complex pretty...
