In the new photo (to me anyways) his hair looks to be naturally sandy at the roots and looks like he put in "sun-in" at some point in time. IIRC that was pretty popular in the 90's too. So I wouldn't rule out that he may have dyed his hair red, either. JMHO

I checked for "females" listed as "Asian" in Canada's MPs. No leads matching the timeframe. I've also combed interpol's website for missing person's in Asian countries, no leads there either. JMO (Saving someone some trouble)

I checked "Black and Missing", FWIW. No one comes up as an MP and matching fields except for JT. I'm not saying that it's a dead end. Just trying to save someone else the trouble in case it hadn't already been mentioned. JMO
