I think that's a very smart and plausible idea. If whoever did this heard the announcement they probably panicked and may have acted differently than they intended.

This case is so upsetting. I don't know how the person responsible can live with themselves knowing what they have done to this family.

It's certainly interesting. I actually gasped when I opened the map. But at this point they'd be able to determine if it was their DNA/fingerprints. Still makes you wonder though.....

I doubt it. The articles I have read seem to indicate that they are pretty sure the debris was specifically placed there to get Officer Ellis to stop so that he could be ambushed.
