He can spin it any way he likes now. He voted for M1 and cruelty. It's horrible what he's doing in the media but it's better then a different verdict on the most important charges.
You can't be mad at the idea of "Jodi winning" because she constantly changes what that means to defend her ego, her narcissism. Before, she couldn't be arrested which became, the prosecutor would have to take a deal, which also earlier was no jury would ever convict me, which became, no jury...
The tragedy is to the Alexander family and it is sick but lets not lose perspective. CMJA lost the ultimate battle at M1. She and her supporters can dance and give the finger but no matter what, the doors are being locked behind CMJA for good (I deeply doubt JSS would give her LWP).
When I talk to about this case people who know of it casually they are shocked that it hasn't been "open and shut" and how Jodi can make so many blatant and downright silly lies.
I have a family member with BPD much like Jodi and as I always explain, the point of this technique isn't in telling...
Good point. I mean, prior to this she lead a completely unremarkable LIFE as well. She can't commit to anything regardless. Everything she does has a self serving reward of attention and she does it at a minimum level of commitment or study (photography, art, singing, et cetera). She'll keep...
Sure she should have done something with her life but I wouldn't call her a lost artistic talent or singing star, NO WAY. No one would even turn their head to hear her out here. There is too much talent and she's very average. She could never handle rejection anyway.
Very well said. I've pondered on this point a lot because Jodi is constantly spinning her story, making herself a victim of circumstance. But she will never, EVER, except even a sliver of personal weakness or responsibility.
After all this and the later released clips on Greta... Frankly I have to say I'm further deeply disturbed at JA's and her supporters embrace of the concept that if someone is a jerk and doesn't give you what you want = DV.
This recent interview...She's such a manipulator. She's running off of pure adrenaline and rage. Now that being as defiant and confident as possible failed she's trying to appear as affable and reasonable as possible about her expectations and understanding, it's all media spin. I have to assume...
... maybe if she has such horrible migraines she shouldn't be writing so furiously? I know it's not directly related but it's a lot of focused stress. Not that's she's not entitled to a good defense/appeal but I doubt any attorney can do anything with the mountain of daily papers she has...
Were Jodi to be acquitted it wouldn't be because of Samuels. The only "positive" thing I guess that could be said is that initially he seemed (while still totally oily to me) more affable and not too cold and clinical as many expert witnesses can be (frankly this doesn't bother me, I like...
His testimony so far has been largely speculative and based in conjecture. Her DT seems pretty pleased today but I don't think JM will have a problem taking this Dr. down.
This guy really is a Gus, he's very enamored with Jodi and the media attention of this case. He's playing for the camera, the audience and posing all sorts of "theories" with the assumption of her innocence which he isn't really qualified to pose or assume. The defense seems to be confident in...
