Three years. THREE YEARS to bring in the guys everybody in this small area knew were involved, and everybody knew were the local trash. Guh. Makes me think LE might have really been focusing on the family for a long time.
 
Could someone please remind me of when the next hearing is for both defendants. Is it June? Also, what is expected at this hearing.

I am not sure if she is a relative on Mrs. Bobo's side or Mr. Bobo's side of the family ...

But I am certain that someone else here at WS knows how she is related.

Confusing who's who in this case, as least it is for me...

So it started with -

Zachary Adams, 29, first to be charged.

We have John Dylan Adams, Zachary Adams' brother, whom as The Jackson Sun reported, saw Zachary Adams with Holly after the kidnapping.

Jason Wayne Autry, 39 years old was the next to charged in Holly's murder.

Shayne Kyle Austin, 38 years old, who was given immunity, but now prosecutors are saying they plan to indict (I assuming as a co-conspirator?)
 
I don't think Shayne's lawyer did him any favors. When he filed the injunction he filed it as a civil complaint. I don't believe a civil court can tell a criminal court what to do. He should have known that, I think.

In doing so I think he "outed" his client as the informant, or at least the main one that the public now knows. When he does inevitably get arrested he will go into the system as a "snitch". Not a safe place to put your client. BTW, don't like the word "snitch" personally.

I believe if you look at the date the immunity agreement was signed, it is AFTER the searches were done. LE had to know what they did or didn't have regarding Holly's remains. So that tells me that the part of his violation of the agreement has to do with lying about his involvement.

I'm not saying I'm sorry about the blunder, much less the place or situation Shayne gets placed in.

Imo, I wouldn't focus too much on the coincidence of the suspects being relatives. Remember we are dealing with psychopathic personalities of violent recidivist career criminal meth heads.

I "bumped" this forward because I think there is a lot of truth to it. I came from a small country community growing up. Seems like you have to google incest to make sure who you are dating is not making you commit it. LOL

This is a close family...Holly is so important and special to us. I just want to share this picture of my mom, her sis & Holly's mom Karen, me and holly and our Grandmother. She is too precious to us!! It's been 2 days. Please help and spread her picture everywhere & pray someone recognizes her & calls authorities. Thank you & God bless.

Regarding that pearl heist...we know when the crew got busted with them, but do we know when they were actually stolen? Anyone?

Benton County Sheriff's Deputies said they found hundreds of pounds of cultured fresh water pearls inside that van. Investigators eventually figured out those pearls were stolen from the family who owns the Tennessee Shell Company in Camden.

Officials say they cannot determine when the theft happened since no one was home during the theft, but they believe the incident occurred some time in February.

I believe the February events go something like this:

Feb. 6, 2014 Alleged assault on AB. Knife and Gun involved.

Feb. 12, 2014 According to Zach's FB page (now taken down) His house is broken into. Threats made to whoever is involved.

Feb. 24, 2014 AB's Van pulled over with pearls inside. TB and TC driving IIRC

Feb. 26, 2014 LE goes to house in Camden. Zach opens the door with a bag of pearls in his hand, while TB and TC are trying to flush them down the toilet.

Feb. 28, 2014 Zach is arrested on the alleged assault on AB.
