If that was the case, it would be stated in the warrant. No way they did it without looking at their phones.
Agree to disagree. It takes time for those warrants to be processed from the carriers.
ETA: LE submits the requests and the carriers have their legal departments process it. It rarely happens in days.
The affidavit and declaration was composed prior to EN retaining counsel. Considering the number of cell phones and at least one land line that needs to be accessed and cross referenced - this is something we will see later in discovery at trial. More along the lines of the recently released search warrants in the McStay case (vs this case, which is in its infancy)
