sorry here, but I disagree that you can rule out someone by hair color alone. Being blond as a young adult and brown as an older adult is in fact, quite common. Douglas Alan Mueller is an example. I can factually say that someone can go from blond at 20, to literally black by 30...but blond to brown is very very common. Rule out by hair, is not something that should be fact.
