The Anthonys’ home was also a busy scene Saturday. Jose Baez and several others in the Casey Anthony defense team showed up at the home. It was Baez’s first chance to inspect the home where Sheriff’s investigators executed a search warrant this week.

Lee Anthony also showed up at the home Saturday afternoon. When he arrived, he ripped up a makeshift memorial made of flowers, teddy bears, and pictures. The memorial was placed in the Anthony’s yard last night.

Prosecuting and Defending Casey Anthony

"That obviously shows a level of deliberation," Cupp said. "One would think something like that would be done prior to the actual event. But you could make a strong argument as a prosecutor that the child's mouth was bound to keep her from making noises."

Cupp, a former prosecutor for the Palm Beach County (Fla.) District Attorney's Office, said photographs of the duct-taped body likely will elicit strong reactions from the jury.

"You could go to town with that, a child with her mouth taped shut," he said. "That kind of stuff you can bring people to tears with."

"The beauty of duct tape — no matter rain, snow, sleet — that fingerprint will stay there," Baden said, adding that if someone used their teeth to rip it, it could yield DNA evidence too.

"Right now, they would be looking at all the contents of the plastic bag and they would be looking at the plastic bag itself," Baden said. "The fingerprints on the outside often get dissolved away by weather, but the inside of the plastic bag, the fingerprints would be there."

Kenney-Baden first introduced a team of experts which would "see and maybe suggest other things that need to be done" in the examination of the body.

Those experts include Dr. Kathy Reichs, a forensic anthropologist and bestselling author of crime books, Dr. Werner Spitz, a renowned forensic pathologist and Dr. Timothy Huntington, a board-certified forensic entomologist from the University of Nebraska.

Orlando - After watching the coverage of the Caylee Anthony disappearance from Tampa for six months, I had some hesitation on the way to Orlando Thursday and joining what appeared to be a wild pack of hungry reporters ravaging to get the next angle in this national beast of a story. Hey, I'm just as aggressive as the next guy, but something about this coverage made me… shudder.

I had no idea what I was in for.
